Does ButtlerIA replace my PMS or channel manager?
No. ButtlerIA handles guest questions during the stay. It complements your booking tools — it doesn't replace them.
Where is my data hosted?
In Western Europe for your database and your files. Some technical processing — sessions, the document search index and answer generation — runs on Cloudflare's global network, closest to the visitor; our privacy policy sets out the detail. Your documents and conversations remain yours: nothing is sold or used for advertising.
How long does setup take?
About ten minutes per property: create the property, add your information, print the QR code. Guests have nothing to install — the chat opens in the browser.
Which languages are supported?
French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch. The butler automatically answers in the guest's language.
Can I stop whenever I want?
